Most folks order this without saying it. The combo goes by quietly — "latte, add maple sea salt" — and the drink walks out the door three hundred-some times a month under no name at all.
It has a name. The Salted Maple Latte. House-made maple sea salt syrup, two shots of espresso, whole milk steamed warm or poured cold over ice. The salt does not read as salty — it reads as round. Sweetness with a bottom to it.
We build the syrup ourselves, in small batches, the way most things on this menu get built. Whole milk holds it best. Oat works if you go that direction. Order it iced in summer, hot when the room cools off. Either way — ask for it by name.
