What roasters do you use?

Eiland Coffee Roasters in Richardson and Liaise Coffees in Dallas. Both specialty-grade, locally roasted. Eiland is Q Grader certified and scores every bean above 86.

Yes. Matcha lattes, iced matcha, and ceremonial grade options. No pre-mixed powder.

Do you have oat milk or non-dairy options?

Yes. Oat, almond, and coconut milk available on every drink.

What is your most popular drink?

The cortado. Two ounces of espresso, two ounces of steamed milk. No foam, no fuss.

Yes. Eiland roasts a decaf single origin that actually tastes like coffee.

Pastries from La Casita Bakeshop, fresh bagels and brisket bagels from Starship Bagel. Both local, both fresh daily.

The Moon Wolf trailer goes where you go. Weddings, corporate events, private parties — anywhere in DFW. Starting at $1,500.

What is the minimum for catering?

$1,500. Includes the trailer, a barista, and a custom drink menu for up to three hours.

How far will you travel for catering?

Anywhere in DFW. We have done events from Fort Worth to McKinney.

Do you do corporate events?

Yes. Coffee service for meetings, retreats, office openings, and company parties.

Do you host private events at the shop?

Yes. Contact us to book the space for after-hours events.

How much does a coffee cart cost for a wedding?

Wedding packages start at $2,000. Most weddings land between $2,500 and $4,000 depending on guest count and service hours.

Do you sell coffee beans?

Yes. Eiland and Liaise beans available in-shop and online. Ask the barista for recommendations.

Handmade mugs, vintage bags, desert art prints, Zippo lighters, candles, tees, and totes. Nothing mass-produced.

Can I order goods online?
