Honey and cinnamon, the way we build it. Local honey first, stirred into the espresso while the shot is still warm so it actually dissolves. Ground cinnamon next. Then milk — steamed for the hot version, cold over ice for the iced.
We started building this drink one customer at a time. Add honey. Add cinnamon. Both modifiers ranked top ten last month, and people kept coming back asking for the same combination. Felt right to put a name on it.
The honey is local. The cinnamon is ground in-house. Whole milk holds the sweetness without burying it. If you order it iced, the cinnamon settles a little — give it a stir between sips. The drink rewards a slow drink.
