Moon Wolf Provisions opened at 920 Custer Road on April 18, 2026. Soft launch. Coffee and goods.
The building is a brick storefront with a reclaimed-wood counter and a hangout room built for sitting. A GODSPEED sign runs above the front door, painted by hand. A horseshoe sits nailed to the beam under it. The aesthetic is West Texas — high-desert coffee in a Richardson strip.
Who roasts the coffee
Two roasters, both local. Eiland Coffee Roasters on Interurban — Clay Eiland, Q Grader, first in North Texas. The beans are scored above 86 on a hundred-point scale or they do not go in the hopper. Liaise Coffees out of Dallas handles our relationship-sourced seasonals. DISCO is the flagship. JUICYFRUIT is the natural. Both on rotation at the bar.
What is on the menu
Espresso, cortado, latte, matcha, London Fog, Turmeric Gold, cold brew steeped sixteen hours. No frappuccino analogs. No pumps you can see. The syrups are house-made and measured by ear. Whole milk is the default. Oat is fifty cents. The full menu is here.
What is not, yet
No food. The kitchen is still finding its feet. Bagels and pastries come next. We will post the day the first tray goes in the case.
Goods on the shelves
Handmade mugs, vintage bags, desert art prints, Zippo lighters, candles, tees, and a chalkboard merch menu under a 1960s APCO Regular gas-pump globe. The shelves rotate weekly. Nothing mass-produced. Browse online.
Who is next door
The Custer Road corridor has a stretch of independents worth walking between. La Casita Bakeshop across the way. The UTD campus five minutes south. Several restaurants in the same strip. We will post a proper neighborhood guide after a month of noticing.
Hours, parking, address
Tuesday through Saturday, seven to three. Sunday, eight to two. Closed Monday. Free parking in front of the building. We are at 920 Custer Road, Richardson, TX 75080.
Come sit. Stay for the second cup.
