Not a replacement for the open bar. The thing guests remember the morning after.
The late-night cortado that kept the dance floor going. The espresso martini station that saved the after-party. The oat milk latte that made next-day brunch feel like an extension of the celebration rather than a recovery mission.
What Shows Up
The Moon Wolf trailer. A commercial espresso machine. A grinder loaded with Eiland beans. Cold brew on tap. Matcha. A trained barista - someone who works our shop, not a temp hired for the day. Setup takes forty-five minutes. We handle our own power.
The trailer itself is part of it. A converted high-desert unit that looks like it belongs in Marfa, not a parking lot. Couples book it as much for the visual as the drinks.
The Menu
Custom for every wedding. The base includes espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha, and tea. From there. A lavender latte named after the couple, a spiced cold brew that matches the season, an espresso tonic for the cocktail hour crossover. Pastries and bagels from La Casita Bakeshop and Starship Bagel available as add-ons. For morning-after brunches, we can set up a full breakfast coffee service.
What It Costs
Wedding packages start at $2,000 for a three-hour window with a core drink menu and one barista. Most land between $2,500 and $4,000 depending on guest count, drink complexity, and service hours. Pastry add-ons, custom cups, and extended service scale the price up.
We give you the full number upfront. No surprise fees. No "market rate" adjustments the week before. The quote you approve is the price you pay.
When to Book
Two to three months minimum. Spring and fall weekends book first.
If you have a specific date, reach out early. We do not double-book. Once a date is taken, it is taken.
Request a quote on the catering page. Tell us your date, guest count, and venue. We will build something that fits.
