The trailer came before the shop. A converted goat trailer (not a metaphor) outfitted with an espresso machine, cold brew kegs, and a barista who shows up ready. We built this business on wheels before we built it on Custer Road. And the trailer still roams.
What You Get
A full espresso bar. Not a carafe of drip on a folding table.
We bring the trailer, the machine, the grinder, cold brew on tap, matcha, and a curated menu built for your event. Every drink made to order by a trained barista. The same people who work our shop. Pastries from La Casita Bakeshop and bagels from Starship Bagel are available as add-ons. Custom drink menus - signature lattes, branded cups, seasonal specials - all built around what your event needs.
The goal is that your guests remember the coffee. Not just that there was coffee.
What It Costs
Packages start at $1,500. That covers the trailer, setup, a barista, and a core drink menu for up to three hours. Larger events, longer windows, and custom menus scale from there. Most weddings land between $2,000 and $4,000 depending on guest count and drink complexity.
We are transparent about pricing because the industry is not. A coffee cart for a Dallas wedding can range from $800 for self-serve to $5,000 for a full-service premium bar. We sit in the middle. Full service, quality beans, real baristas, no mystery pricing.
What Events We Do
Weddings and rehearsal dinners. Corporate events, office openings, team retreats. Birthday parties, baby showers, graduations. Pop-up markets and festivals. Film and photo shoots. Private gatherings where you want something better than a Keurig. Fort Worth to McKinney - anywhere in DFW, the trailer goes. Setup takes forty-five minutes. Breakdown is thirty. We handle our own power when needed.
How Far in Advance to Book
Weddings. Two to three months minimum. Spring and fall weekends fill first. Corporate. Two to four weeks is usually enough. Private parties. A week if the date is open.
No booking fee. No deposit until we confirm your date. Reach out early and we have more flexibility on menu customization and logistics.
Why the Trailer
Some coffee catering companies show up with a folding table and a commercial brewer. Others bring a beautiful cart but serve pre-made concentrate.
We bring a working espresso bar because the drink should be the same quality whether you are standing in our shop or standing at your wedding venue. Eiland and Liaise beans. The same roasters we serve on Custer Road. Your guests get specialty-grade coffee made by a barista who actually works at a coffee shop. Not a temp in an apron.
Request a quote on the catering page, or email moonwolfprovisions@gmail.com with your event date, guest count, and location. We will build a package around what you need.
